The addition of a 1st floor sunroom with exposed wood ceiling beams, replacing the former deck, creates a comfortable south facing space for the artist homeowners to paint and read.

Their new front porch includes a carefully sculptured re-creation of the home's original 3rd floor sunburst detail.
