Portico Addition to Colonial

The addition of a generously sized front portico gave this large home a more inviting entry, broke up the flat facade and created cover for guests and packages.

 

The new portico arch is shaped to integrate with the existing doorway and transom window.  Details include custom fabricated dental molding to match the existing eave and a distressed brick and granite landing.
