Guest Suite and Porch Renovation

 

A guest bedroom and bath was added over the garage by replacing a tiny gable dormer with a wide shed dormer.  Access to this space from a separate side door and stair makes it the perfect guest or au pair suite.

 

The porch was rebuilt with a cathedral ceiling and large windows that can be replaced with screens for three season enjoyment.
